Hi, I'm Oluwatosin Aroloye.

I’m an entrepreneur, speaker, and teacher trainer

dedicated to helping teachers build thriving careers and lives they love.

I’m an advocate with the mission to reshape the future of teaching. Through my work with Oluko and Techy Teacher Academy, I empower teachers to create a career that not only provides stability and fulfillment but also allows them to live a life they love.
Oluko was born out of a deep frustration I saw in the teaching community—teachers were leaving the profession in droves, feeling unsupported, underpaid, and undervalued. I understood their pain all too well. Like many teachers, I was once caught in that cycle—feeling exhausted, unrecognized, and disconnected. But when I realized how many others were in the same boat, I knew something had to change.
That’s when Oluko came to life—a community by a teacher, for teachers. We’re not just about gathering teachers; we’re about creating a sustainable, empowering career. We’re about giving teachers the tools, jobs, support, and community they need to rise above the struggles and thrive in their profession.
Here’s how I can help you:
⦁ Ready to land the right job but unsure where to start? I help teachers build standout CVs, navigate the job market, and secure opportunities that offer consistent income and professional growth.
Feeling burned out or unsupported? Let’s work together to reclaim your passion for teaching. I’ll guide you on how to create balance in your life, find the support you need, and join a community of like-minded educators who have your back.
Want to transition to online teaching or expand your skills? Through Techy Teacher Academy, I provide teachers with the training and tools they need to thrive in the digital classroom and access global opportunities.
Need a side hustle or additional income streams? I’ll show you how to monetize your expertise, whether by tutoring, writing courses, or offering educational resources.
But let me tell you, I didn’t just wake up one day with all the answers. I didn’t grow up with a “silver spoon” or come from a family of entrepreneurs. In fact, I struggled at the beginning, unsure of how to navigate the business side of teaching or even how to make my voice heard in the industry.
I grew up in a society where teachers were often seen as undervalued, and when I saw the rising number of educators leaving the profession, I knew I had to make a change. I also knew that teachers, like all professionals, deserve more than just job security—they deserve financial independence, recognition, and the chance to make a real difference in their students’ lives.
It wasn’t until I began actively working with teachers, learning from their struggles, and diving deep into the challenges they face that I realized what was needed. Oluko became the response to these challenges—a platform where teachers could not only find work but also join a community that prioritizes their well-being, personal growth, and success.
My journey hasn’t been a straight line. I started out just like you—full of passion but with no clear path. It took me years of trial and error, learning from my mistakes, and continuously seeking new ways to improve the teacher experience. I’ve had my share of setbacks, but it was through those struggles that I developed a deep belief in one simple mantra:
Everything is Figureoutable.
This belief is at the core of everything I do. Whether you’re facing obstacles in your career or personal life, I truly believe that, with the right tools, guidance, and mindset, you can create the future you desire. Everything is Figureoutable isn’t just a slogan—it’s my life philosophy and the guiding principle behind Oluko.
So why am I doing all this? Because I truly believe that when teachers succeed, students succeed. And when teachers are supported, they can change the world—one lesson at a time. My mission is to build a community where you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to not just survive in this profession, but to thrive in it.
Oluko is more than just a platform for finding teaching jobs—it’s a movement. It’s a place where teachers come together to grow, learn, and share their experiences. A place where we break free from the status quo and build something that benefits us all.
But I’m not here to do it alone. I want you to be part of this journey, too. Oluko isn’t just for teachers who are looking for work. It’s for teachers who want to take control of their careers, increase their impact, and live a life that aligns with their values. Whether you’re a new teacher just starting out, or a seasoned educator looking to level up, Oluko is for you.
I know that the road ahead may not always be easy. There will be challenges and obstacles. But when you have the right tools, the right support, and the right community, you can overcome anything. Together, we’ll build a career that allows you to live with purpose, passion, and financial freedom.
If you’re tired of feeling like you’re just another cog in the system, if you’re ready to take your teaching career into your own hands and create the future you deserve—Oluko is the place for you. And I’m here to help you every step of the way.
I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.
